As a Store Manager, you'll oversee the performance of the retail store which include:

Manage daily retail operations including inventory and loss prevention, staff scheduling and cash controlPromote sales and suggest new productsEnsure team members provide exceptional service and complete assigned dutiesInterview, hire, mentor and educate associatesKeep a clean and safe work environment

What you need:

Successful experience in retail salesSolid leading skillsCustomer management skillsStrong organization skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsExperience from other convenient/retail stores is a plus
