About the Role:
The Retail Director will lead and oversee all retail operations across multiple locations within the United States, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a high-performance culture among store teams. The Retail Director will collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, and supply chain departments to implement innovative retail strategies that enhance brand presence and profitability. They will be responsible for analyzing market trends, customer insights, and financial performance to make data-driven decisions that support sustainable business growth. Ultimately, the Retail Director will serve as a key leader who inspires and develops retail management teams to achieve excellence in execution and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in retail management, including multi-unit operations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth and operational excellence in a retail environment.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and analyzing P&L statements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
- Experience in the specific retail sector relevant to the company’s products or services.
- Familiarity with retail technology systems such as POS, inventory management, and CRM software.
- Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation or omnichannel retail initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive retail strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability goals across all stores.
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional and store managers to ensure consistent operational standards and employee engagement.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, merchandising, and supply chain to optimize product assortment and promotional activities.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to maintain cost controls and maximize return on investment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and health and safety standards across all retail locations.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the customer experience, including staff training programs and store environment improvements.
- Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategies to maintain a strong market position.
