Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Work Orders: Promptly address tenant maintenance requests regarding electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
• Unit Turnover: Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by painting, cleaning, and performing necessary repairs.
• HVAC Systems: Troubleshoot and fix heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
• General Maintenance: Perform light carpentry, drywall repair, lighting installation, and door lock replacements.
• Exterior/Grounds: Inspect and maintain common areas, including, but not limited to, cleaning, landscaping, and pool maintenance.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all repairs meet safety codes and regulations, reporting any safety hazards to management
