Business Analyst – Enterprise Technology Project

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise system replacement. This role partners with the Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and ensure successful delivery by capturing and translating business requirements into effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Create process models, workflows, and user stories
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to design and implement solutions
• Identify process improvements and support optimization efforts
• Assist with testing, validation, and project coordination

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in IT projects
• Strong knowledge of SDLC (preferably Hybrid Agile)
• Expertise in stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and user stories
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project management tools and SaaS environments

Preferred:

• Healthcare industry experience and knowledge of enterprise systems
