Job Description

Our growing company is seeking to hire an Account/Project Coordinator who will assist our Account Managers and Operations Managers in organizing our ongoing projects. This role involves monitoring project plans, schedules, participating in meetings, and undertaking project tasks as needed.

As a Project Coordinator your days will NOT be boring! You’ll need to track projects, coordinate resources, work under tight schedules, be very organized, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. For this client-facing role, the right candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic and have a bachelor's degree in communications or a related field of study or one to three years of relevant experience.

Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and participating in client stakeholder meetings
  • Documenting and following up on important action-items and decisions from client/project meetings
  • Monitoring production through the administration of our job tracking software, creating and updating traffic and production reports, etc.
  • Attending planning/strategy meetings for new projects with account personnel and production teams
  • Traffic coordination for translation, voiceover and other outside services
  • Managing quality reviews, proofing and copy-editing activities
  • Updating and maintaining project documentation in our CRM and ERP systems
  • Providing office and administrative support as needed

Project Coordinator Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business/communications or related field of study or…
  • 1-3 years experience in related field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Copy editing, writing and detailed proofreading skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Apple computer platforms and Adobe Creative Suite a definite plus
  • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
  • Very organized with ability to work on tight deadlines
  • Work well in a creative, open office environment
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and ability to self-manage and motivate
