OverviewCaelum Research Corporation is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to support mission-critical operations for the Army War College at Carlisle Barracks, PA. In this role, you will ensure the reliability, security, and seamless integration of the ServiceNow platform while maintaining strict DoD compliance standards and driving continuous improvement across enterprise services.This position is ideal for a technically strong administrator who thrives in regulated, high-visibility environments and enjoys owning platform performance end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities

• Enforce DoD RMF and NIST 800-53 controls within ServiceNow
• Administer RBAC, CMDB hardening, audit logging, and compliance evidence packaging
• Support security assessments, audits, and continuous monitoring activities
• Configure and maintain Azure AD SSO/SCIM integrations (SAML/OAuth)
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot MID Servers in AWS GovCloud
• Oversee JDBC integrations with SQL Server (AWS RDS)
• Design, develop, and maintain Blackboard LMS integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Perform ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and hotfixes
• Design and maintain workflows, Service Catalog items, Business Rules, and automation
• Monitor instance health, performance metrics, and platform availability
• Develop and maintain runbooks, technical documentation, and release management processes
• Lead incident response and root-cause analysis for platform issues
• Partner with security, network, database, and instructional technology teams
• Provide Tier 3 support and mentor Tier 1/2 administrators
• Manage change-control schedules and brief leadership on platform status and risks

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow administration in enterprise or DoD environments
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

CompTIA Security+

• Strong working knowledge of DoD RMF, STIGs, and NIST 800-53
• Hands-on experience with Azure AD SAML/SCIM integrations
• Proven experience deploying MID Servers in AWS GovCloud
• Solid understanding of SQL Server connectivity and performance tuning
• Experience integrating Blackboard LMS via REST or SOAP APIs
• Active DoD Secret clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain)

Preferred Qualifications

• Scripting experience (JavaScript/Glide, PowerShell, or Python)
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as:

CompensationThe base pay range for this role is $50,000 – $55,000 per year.
