Job Title: ERM Support Analyst

What you will bring:

The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Support Analyst provides critical support to the EVP, Chief Risk Officer (CRO), and Risk and Compliance team by assisting in administrative and operational tasks related to the risk management program. This role facilitates data collection, reporting, and document preparation to support the organization's enterprise risk management objectives. The position is focused on execution and support rather than leading strategic initiatives.

Essential Duties:

  • Assist the CRO in maintaining and updating ERM policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Support data collection and reporting activities for risk assessments and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
  • Perform basic data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of risk-related reports.
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other materials for management, committees, and the Board.
  • Coordinate logistics and materials for risk-related training sessions.
  • Act as a liaison for routine inquiries and information requests related to ERM processes.
  • Support the CRO in tracking and organizing follow-up action items from risk management meetings.
  • Complete ad hoc projects and/or initiatives, for or with the CRO, Information Security Officer, Vendor Risk Manager, and/or other Bank management, as assigned.
  • Participate in administrative support for special projects as assigned by the CRO or Risk and Compliance team.
  • Assist in coordinating routine communications and updates for stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications/Skills:

  • Education/Training: Associate's degree in business, risk management, or related field preferred; Bachelor's degree in Enterprise Risk Management, Quantitative Analysis, Accounting, Business Administration a plus but not required; Certified Enterprise Risk Professional (CERP), Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), Professional Risk Manager (PRM), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) credential preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or related administrative support role preferred. Basic knowledge of banking regulations, enterprise risk management and internal control standards (e.g., COSO ERM framework).
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); Ability to gather and organize data from multiple sources; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines demonstrating time management skills; Strong work ethic and self-motivation.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

  • It is a requirement is to be physically present at the Camp Hill, PA office (3 days in office, 2 days from home).
  • Primarily sedentary, requiring occasional movement throughout the office environment.
  • Effective communication via phone and email, with the ability to use automated systems accurately.
