Job Description
Loch Harbour Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Jira Platform Administrator with strong Jira administration and Power Platform development experience to support Knowledge Management, workflow automation, and enterprise process improvement initiatives.
This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise workflows, dashboards, and ticketing solutions that support operational functions across HR, finance, access management, and program execution. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical administration expertise, process automation experience, and strong collaboration skills to enhance operational visibility, efficiency, and reporting capabilities across the organization.
Experience & Skills- Jira Administrator/Developer experience (not just a power user)
- Proven ability to design, build, and maintain complex workflows and dashboards
- Experience running ticketing systems for enterprise processes (leave, HR, finance, access, etc.)
- Reliability; clear reporting of status and impacts
- Ability to collaborate with process owners and analytics teams
- Experience generating operational metrics (throughput, cycle time, backlog)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Web Design, Data Analytics, or related field
Required Technical Skills
- Atlassian Jira Administration (workflow design, automation, dashboards)
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI)
- SharePoint Online
- Atlassian Confluence
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance (required at time of hire)
- Ability to work onsite in San Diego, CA
