This role plays an important part in ensuring materials and finished products move efficiently through our production and shipping processes.
Position Summary
The Warehouse Operator is responsible for safely receiving, storing, and moving materials throughout the facility to support production and shipping operations. This position requires attention to detail, safe operation of material handling equipment, and collaboration with team members to ensure accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment.
Normal hours: Mon - Fri, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
  • Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming materials
  • Pull and stage materials for production and shipping operations
  • Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and system updates
  • Coordinate with production and shipping teams to ensure timely movement of materials
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Follow company safety procedures and operational standards
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse or material handling experience
  • Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial trucks preferred
  • Basic computer and inventory system familiarity
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
