Job Description

Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst (Trends) to join our team of professionals in support of the Marine Corps Center for Lessons Learned (MCCLL).

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

  • Develop, draft, review, and staff lessons learned warfighting function trend reports based on analysis of collected operational data.
  • Analyze after-action reports (AARs), lessons learned materials, and related data sources to identify trends, patterns, and significant observations.
  • Identify both positive trends (best practices) and negative trends (issues or gaps) impacting Marine Corps operations.
  • Conduct data mining and analysis of lessons learned information to support development of formal MCCLL reports.
  • Produce analytical products that support the identification and resolution of operational issues, including contributions to Service-level processes such as the TECOM Trend Reversal and Reinforcement Process (TRRP).
  • Synthesize complex data into clear, concise written reports and briefings for military and Government leadership.
  • Ensure analytical products meet established standards for accuracy, consistency, clarity, and analytical rigor.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, analysts, and subject matter experts to validate findings and ensure alignment with operational context.
  • Utilize MCCLL SharePoint, Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS), and other data repositories to support analysis and reporting efforts.
  • Perform related work as assigned.
  • Must be willing to work onsite as required to support program execution.
  • Must be able to travel CONUS and OCONUS as required to support program objectives.

Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analysis, Intelligence Studies, Operations Research, Military Studies, or related discipline) and at least ten (10) years of relevant experience; OR
  • Master’s degree in a related field and at least five (5) years of relevant experience; OR
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating advanced analytical and technical writing skills.

Required Experience

  • Experience demonstrating advanced analytical and technical writing skills consistent with collegiate-level research and reporting standards.
  • Experience analyzing operational data, after-action reports (AARs), and lessons learned materials.
  • Experience conducting trend analysis, pattern identification, and data-driven assessments.
  • Experience developing analytical reports and written products for military or Government leadership.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • ExperienceutilizingMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to develop analytical deliverables.
  • Familiarity with DoD information environments (e.g., NIPRNET, SIPRNET) and handling of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).

Desired Experience

  • Experience supporting MCCLL or Marine Corps lessons learned programs highly desired.
  • Experience using Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS) or similar knowledge management systems.
  • Experience conducting trend analysis.
  • Experience supporting warfighting function analysis or operational assessments.
  • Prior military service, preferably within the Marine Corps, highly desired.

Clearance

  • Must be a United States Citizen.
  • Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance or be currently adjudicated and eligible for Secret access in DISS at the time of award.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
