Crown is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of tenant engagement and communications initiatives across the portfolio. This role focuses on coordinating broker-facing communications and campaigns and supporting Crown marketing initiatives, ensuring Crown’s marketing campaigns and creative are on brand and top of mind.
Responsibilities- Assist with creation of marketing material to execute approved marketing strategies including branding, creation of logos, tag lines, website design, property marketing, email campaigns, signage, and other campaigns as required.
- Support the execution of the strategic marketing plan, ensuring alignment with brand identity and corporate image goals.
- Coordinate and manage unique property marketing events, including planning and hosting broker receptions at properties.
- Develop broker-focused campaigns, collaborating closely with the Leasing team to execute them successfully.
- Monitor, coordinate and maintain all collateral for property websites for updates, including online listing inventory and MLS listing system.
- Assist in the development of plans, programs, and promotions to improve market penetration and meet corporate objectives.
- Assist in writing and issuing press releases and other communications.
- Contribute to the creative direction and content creation for social media accounts. Liaise with third-party firms to ensure that content is relevant, appropriate and in-line with marketing initiatives.
- Support the planning, production, and delivery of RFPs for new lease deals or business opportunities.
- Coordinate and engage with third-party consultants and vendors including graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and web developers.
- Track progress and evaluate analytics of all marketing campaigns. Update promotional materials as necessary.
- Review and ensure brand standards are maintained for presentations across multiple business lines.
- Prepare regular marketing update reports for third party clients.
- Support the promotion of Crown funds and planning and management of investor and other corporate events.
- Support the production of marketing and communications campaigns that arise across business lines such as HR, Real Estate Services, Investments and other teams.
- Process marketing-related invoices.
- Perform other duties assigned.
Education & Experience Requirements
- University degree or college diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, communications, graphic design or related experience
- Experience supporting marketing, communications, including drafting content, graphic design, and coordinating materials or campaigns
- Experience working with digital platforms, social media platforms, content management systems an asset
- Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, and digital collaboration tools; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, marketing platforms, or emerging AI tools considered an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft clear, professional communications and campaigns
