About This Position

Role Overview

Savaria Patient Care is looking for a highly organized, proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our growing global team. This is a hands-on opportunity to help drive business growth and strengthen brand presence across Canada, the U.S. and Europe, while supporting solutions that make a meaningful difference for patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals. Working closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, product, and operations, the Marketing Coordinator will help bring campaigns, events, digital initiatives, and marketing operations to life in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

This is primarily a remote role with flexibility required for tradeshows and limited office visit requirement.


Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign & Project Coordination

  • Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns by managing timelines, deliverables, approvals, and communication across cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain and update marketing calendars and project plans, ensuring alignment across campaigns, events, launches, and internal initiatives.
  • Support the development and organization of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, sales tools, and other customer-facing assets.
  • Help keep projects moving by tracking action items, following up with stakeholders, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to support consistent brand execution across Canada, the U.S. and Europe.

2. Events & Tradeshow Coordination

  • Coordinate logistics for tradeshows and events, including booth setup, shipping, vendor management, registrations, on-site support, and post-event wrap-up.
  • Support the planning and execution of internal events such as sales meetings, team initiatives, and product-related events.
  • Manage post-event follow-up activities, including lead capture coordination, asset organization, and basic performance tracking.
  • Help deliver events that strengthen brand visibility, support customer engagement, and contribute to pipeline growth.

3. Content & Digital Support

  • Support content management across platforms, including uploading and organizing assets in Canto and maintaining workflows in Monday.com.
  • Assist with website updates, including publishing content, updating product pages, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Support email marketing execution, including building campaigns, scheduling sends, list management, and reporting.
  • Manage updates to dealer and partner portals, ensuring content is accurate, current, and aligned across platforms.
  • Support dealer and channel marketing initiatives by coordinating partner content, sales tools, portal updates, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate the adaptation of marketing content for regional markets across Canada, the U.S. and Europe, helping ensure relevance, accuracy, and brand consistency.

4. CRM & Marketing Operations

  • Support Salesforce and CRM initiatives, including lead uploads, lead routing, campaign tracking, contact segmentation, data integrity, and ongoing database hygiene.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to support lead management processes and help ensure timely follow-up, accurate handoff, and reliable reporting.
  • Assist in maintaining clean, accurate customer and prospect data to improve campaign effectiveness, reporting quality, and commercial alignment.
  • Manage administrative marketing tasks such as invoice tracking, budget follow-ups, and vendor coordination.
  • Support the coordination of photo and video shoots, including scheduling, product readiness, and asset tracking.
  • Maintain organization and version control of marketing assets to ensure consistency, accessibility, and brand alignment across teams.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track and compile campaign, event, email, website, and lead performance metrics to support reporting and optimization.
  • Assist in organizing data, insights, and recommendations to help inform marketing decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Support reporting that connects marketing activity to brand growth, lead generation, and broader business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a marketing coordination, marketing operations, or similar support role.
  • Highly organized with strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and consistency.
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, and content updates across multiple channels.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, including lead management, data entry, list management, and data integrity best practices.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, website content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Comfortable working with project management and asset management platforms such as Monday.com, Canto, or similar tools.
  • Experience coordinating tradeshows, events, or photo/video shoots is an asset.
  • Experience supporting dealer, partner, or channel marketing initiatives is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for tradeshows, events, meetings, or on-site marketing activities.
