- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing support setting OR a Marketing internship.
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional organization skills and process-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work well with all levels of stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, nimble, and highly results-driven in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
In This Role You Will
- Assist with ongoing updates to property websites, ILS listings, and marketing content across multiple platforms, ensuring all information is accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards
- Support online reputation management efforts by monitoring reviews across platforms, drafting responses, and helping maintain a consistent and professional brand voice
- Maintain and update marketing information, including promotions, pricing highlights, and community details, ensuring consistency across all digital channels
- Partner with Marketing Account Managers to support day-to-day initiatives, including email campaign execution, content updates, and general project coordination
- Review marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment, proactively identifying errors or opportunities for optimization
- Assist with tracking and organizing marketing requests, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support the execution of marketing initiatives, including creative updates, listing changes, and campaign launches
