Location: Stillwater Post-Acute, El Cajon, CA
Shift: AM (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Pay: $45–$50/hr (Depending on experience)

As a Registered Nurse – Sub-Acute, you’ll play a key role in planning, delivering, and evaluating individualized care. You’ll work closely with CNAs, fellow RNs, and supervisors to ensure excellent clinical outcomes and compassionate support for every patient.

• Support the RN Supervisor in assessing staffing needs and ensuring adequate coverage.

• Oversee and mentor CNAs, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standards.

• Conduct daily rounds to ensure compliance with care plans and nursing protocols.

• Address absenteeism and report any staffing concerns.

• Review staff concerns and report to the RN Supervisor as needed.

• Promote a calm, positive, and patient-centered atmosphere during your shift.

• Report any occupational exposures or incidents per facility protocols.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred).

• Current RN license in California.

• Current CPR certification.

• At least 6 months of Sub-acute experience.
