About the role
Old Mission Wound Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Clinical Manager (RCM) to oversee and manage Rebirth Healing's clinical operations in Tennessee. As an RCM, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered wound care services, drive clinical performance, and support the development and supervision of our clinical staff. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent leadership and management skills, a commitment to ethical practice, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team-based environment.
What you'll do
- Provide clinical leadership, direction, and supervision to all assigned clinicians within Tennessee.
- Ensure all clinical activities adhere strictly to Old Mission Wound Care's established clinical protocols, policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Actively participate in the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing mentorship of clinical staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of clinical staff, providing feedback and developing improvement plans as necessary.
- Develop and manage clinician schedules, assignments, and productivity.
- Oversee and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all clinical documentation.
- Implement, monitor, and evaluate quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide direct patient care, including wound assessments and development of treatment plans, as needed and within the scope of licensure.
- Continuously monitor patient progress, outcomes, and satisfaction.
- Ensure strict compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards.
- Collaborate effectively with the Clinical Operations Support Specialist to ensure efficient logistics and supply management.
- Maintain an active and unrestricted professional license in the state of practice.
- Actively participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted advanced professional license (e.g. Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant) in Tennessee.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related healthcare field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in wound care
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Strong commitment to ethical and patient-centered care
The pay range for this role is:
125,000 - 125,000 USD per year(Remote (Tennessee, US))
