PHARMACIST EXEMPT - PHARMACOTHERAPY/MTM CLINIC at East Alabama Medical Center – OPELIKA, Alabama

The MTM and Quality Assurance Pharmacist serves as a member of East Alabama Healthcare Network’s (EAHN) Quality Assurance team. The Pharmacist is responsible for delivering comprehensive medication therapy management (MTM) services, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and staying updated on evolving Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) and payer requirements. This role involves regular process reviews to maintain quality and meet changing regulatory incentives, as well as collaboration with the EAHN Care Coordinator to strategize updates. The position reports directly to the Director of the East Alabama Healthcare Network and to the Director of Outpatient Pharmacy Services.
