This role may serve patients across Euless, Irving, and DeSoto. Ideal candidates live in or near South Grand Prairie, or nearby areas such as Duncanville or Cedar Hill, or are otherwise able to commute reliably.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Minimum 1 year of post-acute experience preferred
- Licensed physician in the state or ability to attain unrestricted state license
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Perform clinical assessment and appropriately manage patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as appropriate
- Performs procedures as trained and appropriately credentialed
- Complete accurate and timely progress notes and admission/transfer orders
- Educates patient on disease and treatment plans
