Receptionist at Michigan Ophthalmology Specialists – Troy, Michigan

Michigan Oculofacial Specialist (MOS) is currently hiring a part-time Medical Receptionist at their Troy, MI location. This position would work 2-4 days per week based on business needs. No late evenings and no weekends.

Essential Functions

Greet patients and visitors promptly in a courteous, professional, and helpful manner.

Maintain excellent communication and effective working relationships with patients, providers, clinical and administrative team members for continuity of high-quality patient care.

Schedule patient appointments following clinic specifications and procedures.

Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, client, company and personnel information by conforming to all HIPAA regulations and following confidentiality policies and procedures.

1-3 years of pervious Medical Receptionist Experience
