Job Overview:

RWJBarnabas Health is hiring to fill a Switchboard Operator position at RWJBarnabas Health Somerset. This is a Per Diem, Evening position.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High school diploma or general education Degree (GED)

Essential Functions:

• Console operator relay incoming and outgoing calls, monitors operations of telephone and paging systems,
• Operate the paging system, sound alarms, and announce medical codes / disasters / other emergencies over

Schedule:

• Night Shift - 11:30pm - 7am
• Shifts required - 2 shifts per 2-week schedule (typically same shifts every 2 weeks)
