Leasing Consultant –Churchland area of Portsmouth

What You’ll Do- Showcase apartment homes and community amenities to prospective residents
- Build strong relationships with current and future residents
- Assist with leasing, renewals, and resident retention
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and online
- Support occupancy and community goals through professionalism and teamwork
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
