Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests when they arrive.
• Seat guests quickly and efficiently.
• Answer phone calls promptly and direct them as needed.
• Take and process to-go orders accurately.
• Work with team members to maintain high service standards.

• Good communication and people skills.
• Ability to work well in a busy environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Must have reliable transportation, and be able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
