Compensation: $20 per hour

Overview

The Victor is looking for a weekend Concierge who thrive on using their customer service skills to connect with residents and guests to ensure their needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk – accept packages, answer phone calls, etc.
• Allow authorized guest access to the community
• Manage resident requests
• Build lasting relationships to assist in retaining residents
• Use attention to detail skills to perform required office administrative tasks

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
• Valid Driver’s license is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work overnights including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
