Job Description

Revenue Operations Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Operations Lead based in Canada.

Join a fast-growing AI infrastructure environment at a pivotal stage of revenue expansion, where compute capacity, technology, and commercial operations intersect. As the first Revenue Operations Lead, you will build the systems, processes, and reporting infrastructure that support scalable revenue growth. Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Supply Operations, Legal, Finance, and leadership, you will turn fragmented workflows into a coordinated operating model. You will own CRM optimization, forecasting, pipeline visibility, deal desk processes, and sales planning while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through AI-powered tools. This is a high-impact opportunity for an analytical, hands-on operator who enjoys building from the ground up and bringing clarity to complex, fast-moving environments. Your work will directly influence commercial performance and help establish the foundations for a growing revenue organization.

Accountabilities
  • Revenue technology and CRM management: Own and optimize HubSpot, including field architecture, data standardization, workflow automation, data hygiene, and integrations that keep pipeline information, deal blockers, and supply status aligned.

  • Forecasting and performance reporting: Build and maintain dashboards, forecast rollups, and reporting processes to support weekly deal reviews, pipeline health assessments, coverage analysis, and revenue performance tracking against targets.

  • Deal desk and process development: Design and manage deal routing between strategic and high-velocity opportunities, establish clear ownership and accountability frameworks, and improve coordination between customer and provider contracting processes.

  • Sales planning and compensation: Partner with Sales leadership and Finance on capacity planning, quota design, compensation modeling, and related operational processes.

  • AI-driven operational efficiency: Identify and implement AI-powered tools and workflows that reduce manual work across reporting, forecasting, and deal operations.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work across Sales, Supply Operations, Legal, and Finance to identify bottlenecks, resolve process gaps, and improve the flow of information and decisions.

  • Scalable infrastructure development: Establish repeatable processes and operating standards that support revenue growth, strengthen accountability, and evolve with the organization's needs.

Requirements
  • Relevant experience: At least 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within a high-growth B2B organization. Experience with usage-based, capacity-based, or infrastructure pricing models is particularly valuable.

  • Hands-on CRM expertise: Proven experience owning and improving CRM systems at scale, including field architecture, workflow design, integrations, and data quality processes—not just report generation.

  • Strategic and systems thinking: Ability to design processes for long-term scalability, anticipate future operational needs, and build infrastructure that remains effective as the business evolves.

  • End-to-end ownership: Demonstrated experience building and managing operational processes such as forecasting models, deal desk workflows, or compensation calculations from the ground up.

  • Comfort with ambiguity: Ability to prioritize independently, make decisions in an evolving environment, and establish structure where processes and responsibilities are not yet fully defined.

  • Analytical rigor and direct communication: Confidence in presenting accurate performance data, communicating forecast gaps and compensation discrepancies clearly, and making recommendations grounded in evidence.

  • Cross-functional influence: Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across commercial, operational, legal, and financial teams.

  • Preferred domain expertise: Experience in hyperscale cloud, GPU cloud, high-performance computing, or AI infrastructure, including familiarity with AI training and inference workloads.

  • Preferred scaling experience: Experience developing forecasting or deal desk processes during a period of rapid revenue expansion.

  • Preferred technical skills: SQL or scripting capabilities to build reporting and analytical solutions beyond native CRM functionality.

  • Working style: Best suited to a proactive builder who thrives without established playbooks, takes ownership of difficult decisions, and is comfortable being accountable for business-critical numbers.

Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package.

  • Meaningful equity participation.

  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage for employees and their dependents.

  • Dental and vision insurance.

  • 401(k) retirement plan.

  • Unlimited paid time off.

  • Opportunity to shape revenue operations from the ground up in a high-growth AI infrastructure market.

  • A high-impact role with direct influence on revenue strategy, commercial execution, and organizational growth.

  • An environment that encourages AI-powered workflows, operational innovation, and independent ownership.
