Overview
The Bilingual Legal Case Management Specialist supports personal injury case management operations through client communication, case administration, medical records coordination, and process documentation. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate case handling, maintaining organized records, supporting workflow development, and contributing to the creation of scalable procedures for a growing legal support team. The ideal candidate is a licensed attorney in Mexico with strong organizational skills, excellent bilingual communication abilities, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
Responsibilities
Coordinate client intake and first-contact interactions for personal injury cases.
Maintain ongoing bilingual communication with clients and provide case status updates.
Retrieve, organize, and track medical records and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with healthcare providers to obtain records, bills, and case-related information.
Create, maintain, and update case files with accurate information and documentation.
Perform data entry and workflow tracking within case management systems.
Communicate professionally in English with insurers, healthcare providers, and legal teams.
Develop and document standard operating procedures for case management processes.
Support process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization.
Assist with onboarding and training future team members as the operation grows.
Ensure confidentiality and compliant handling of sensitive client information.
Maintain organized records and support administrative case management activities.
Qualifications
Attorney licensed to practice in Mexico with a valid título and cédula profesional.
1–2 years of legal or legal support experience.
Advanced English proficiency at a B2+ or C1 level.
Native or fluent Spanish proficiency.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to build and follow structured processes.
Experience managing confidential and sensitive information.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
