Senior Enablement Experience Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Enablement Experience Manager in the United States.

In this role, you will shape how employees learn, grow, and perform by owning the strategy and evolution of a company-wide learning experience platform while also designing high-impact enablement programs. You will operate at the intersection of learning experience design, product thinking, and people strategy, ensuring that learning tools are not only adopted but meaningfully embedded into daily work. This position plays a critical role in scaling onboarding, leadership development, and AI-enabled learning initiatives across a fast-growing, high-performance organization. You will partner cross-functionally with teams across the business to translate learning needs into scalable systems and measurable outcomes. The environment is highly collaborative and data-driven, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement, experimentation, and AI-enabled enablement practices.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will own the end-to-end strategy, design, and continuous improvement of the learning experience ecosystem, combining platform leadership with program execution to drive organizational growth and capability building. You will ensure learning systems are adopted effectively while delivering scalable programs that improve performance and engagement across the company.

  • Lead the strategy, roadmap, and ongoing evolution of the learning management and experience platform, treating it as a product and optimizing based on data and feedback
  • Drive adoption and integration of learning tools across teams by acting as the primary platform expert and advisor
  • Design and deliver scalable asynchronous learning programs across onboarding, leadership development, AI upskilling, and functional training
  • Translate business and capability needs into structured learning journeys with clear outcomes and success metrics
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams such as People, Engineering, GTM, and Operations to identify skill gaps and design targeted enablement solutions
  • Use data, analytics, and feedback loops to measure program effectiveness and continuously improve learning experiences
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, learning design, and program scalability
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in learning experience design, enablement, or L&D, with a proven ability to manage platforms and build programs that scale across organizations. You are both strategic and hands-on, comfortable owning systems while designing impactful learning experiences end to end.

  • 4–6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Enablement, Learning Experience Design, or LMS/LXP administration
  • Proven experience owning or evolving a learning platform, including configuration, rollout, and adoption at scale
  • Strong ability to design asynchronous, scalable learning programs such as onboarding, leadership development, or skills training initiatives
  • Experience translating business needs and skill gaps into structured learning solutions with measurable outcomes
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and independently manage complex programs from strategy through execution
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data, surveys, and feedback to evaluate learning impact and improve programs
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve content creation, design, or operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across teams
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation with equity opportunities
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with full employee-only premium coverage for most plans
  • 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave
  • Flexible remote work environment within the United States
  • Health, wellness, and home office stipends
  • 401(k) plan with company matching and immediate vesting
  • Flexible PTO policy plus paid sick time and company holidays
  • Additional family planning and employee support benefits
