  • Perform detailed reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, loans, balance sheet accounts, assets, liabilities, mortgages, and undeposited funds.

Requirements
  • QuickBooks Online Certification is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of full-time bookkeeping experience, including at least 3 years of recent hands-on QuickBooks Online experience.
  • Proven experience managing bookkeeping functions for U.S.-based clients and strong knowledge of U.S. bookkeeping principles and financial processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in advanced balance sheet reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, loans, liabilities, assets, and undeposited funds.
  • Experience processing payroll journals and maintaining payroll-related bookkeeping records.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection, dedicated home office workspace, and minimum dual-monitor setup.
  • Availability to work full-time hours aligned with U.S. Pacific Time schedules.
  • Experience with multiple POS systems, U.S. tax environments, California sales tax, or industries such as construction, real estate, retail, wholesale, restaurants, or entertainment is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools and modern accounting technologies is a plus.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary based on experience, certifications, technical expertise, and U.S. bookkeeping knowledge.
  • Fully remote, full-time position with long-term career stability.
