  • Source and engage clinical candidates across multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and healthcare associations.
  • Conduct targeted outreach and advanced sourcing using ATS platforms, recruitment databases, and AI-assisted tools.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified clinical talent for both current and future hiring needs.
  • Screen candidates for clinical qualifications, credentials, licensure status, and overall role fit.

  • Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and multi-state licensing considerations.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to refine sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring standards and credentialing requirements throughout the recruitment process.
  • Continuously optimize sourcing strategies to improve speed, quality, and pipeline strength.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in healthcare or clinical recruiting, specifically focused on Nurse Practitioners and/or Physicians.
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment, ideally within digital health or telemedicine.
  • Strong understanding of clinical credentialing, licensure requirements, and multi-state regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to source and attract candidates for highly specialized, licensed healthcare roles.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions independently with strong prioritization skills.
  • Strong sourcing expertise, including passive candidate outreach and advanced search techniques.
  • Experience working with ATS platforms such as Lever or similar systems.
  • Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance recruiting workflows and candidate sourcing.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess talent markets and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first environment.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation of $60–$80/hour, with up to 35 hours per week.
  • Flexible, remote-first working arrangement across the United States.
  • Opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven healthcare organization focused on expanding access to care.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge digital health and AI-powered healthcare innovation.
  • Collaborative and values-driven culture with strong emphasis on impact and teamwork.
  • Opportunity to work closely with experienced clinical and operational leaders.
  • Autonomy to manage your own recruiting pipelines and strategies.
