Sleep Technician in Valhalla, New York at MedBridge Healthcare LLC

Pivotal Health is seeking an experienced New York State-licensed Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) to join our sleep services team in Valhalla, NY.

• Conduct overnight polysomnographic studies in accordance with AASM standards
• Review physician orders, patient histories, and testing requirements
• Prepare, calibrate, and troubleshoot sleep diagnostic equipment
• Apply electrodes and sensors and verify signal quality
• Monitor patient safety and study quality throughout testing
• Perform PAP mask fittings and titration studies as appropriate
• Collect, score, and analyze sleep study data
• Identify and document respiratory, cardiac, neurological, and sleep-related events
• Prepare study findings for physician interpretation
• Maintain accurate patient records and regulatory compliance
• Deliver exceptional patient-centered care to pediatric and adult patients

• Current New York State PSG License
• Current RPSGT Credential
• Pediatric sleep experience
• Completion of an accredited Polysomnography Program
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Required immunizations, health clearances, and/or titers
• Strong patient care, technical, and communication skills

• CRT or RRT Credential
• Experience with complex pediatric sleep studies
• PAP titration experience
• Sleep study scoring proficiency
• Knowledge of AASM standards and best practices

$40-$53 per hour DOE

Compensation is based on experience, credentials, and qualifications.

To qualify for the full advertised pay range, candidates should have no employment gaps greater than two months as an RPSGT and/or RRT.

Full-Time Position

• 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Typically 3-4 overnight shifts per week
