What You'll DoAs our Day Center Coordinator LPN, you'll be a key leader in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for our participants.
You will:
- Lead and support our amazing CNA and PCA teams
- Help participants maintain their independence and quality of life
- Coordinate daily center activities and participant care
- Monitor participant well-being and safety
- Work alongside our RN and interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care
- Identify ways to improve processes and participant experiences
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families
- Current North Carolina LPN License
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of experience working with older adults or frail populations
- One year of supervisory or management experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in a geriatric care setting
