Job Description

Description:
  • Lead and supervise roofing crews and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are completed according to the project plan, timelines, and company standards.
  • Conduct daily inspections of work performed, ensuring all installations meet company quality standards, manufacturer guidelines, and building codes.
  • Coordinate corrective actions and repairs if any issues arise related to workmanship or material defects.
  • Complete and ensure compliance of all items on the site supervisor checklist.
  • Maintain thorough records of daily job site activities, including personnel attendance, timecard management, material deliveries, safety incidents, and work completed.
  • Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and all debris is disposed of properly.
  • Provide administrative and tactical support to the Project Managers, Field Manager, Foreman, Production Manager, and the Project Specialists.
  • Coordinate and manage workers on-site, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to company protocols and safety standards.
  • Manage equipment such as ladders at job sites, ensuring they are properly secured and accounted for, with up-to-date reports.
  • Act as the on-site point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of project progress, including daily logs, photos, and any issues or changes.
  • Report to the Production Manager on project status, challenges, and delays.
  • Quickly identify and resolve issues related to materials, labor, or weather conditions.
  • Enforce safety regulations and procedures on-site, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Immediately address unsafe working conditions, equipment malfunctions, or any hazards to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Make package deliveries to job sites and obtain payments/signatures from customers as requested.
  • Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Bilingual English & Spanish
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Well organized, highly detailed and sense of urgency
  • Clean driving record
  • 2-3 years of experience in roofing or relevant field
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 pounds.
