Job Description

Pay Range: $170-200k/year plus benefits

Project Name: Brownfield Manufacturing Facility Renovation/Expansion
Project Duration: 6–8 weeks, with potential for extension
Anticipated Start Date: September 2026
Project Details (Size, SOW, Site Background, etc.):
This role supports a $70–$100M brownfield manufacturing facility project in Atlanta, GA, currently in the early construction and demolition phase, with a significant focus on MEP systems. The scope and duration of the work is subject to change.
Daily Responsibilities:
Integrated Master Schedule Development
- Lead the development of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) baseline
- Engage with project stakeholders to collect necessary information for IMS development
- Validate the alignment between Client’s and Design-Builder’s critical milestones
- Identify missing or circular logic between activities
- Verify the critical path and ensure critical milestones align with contract requirements and key dates
- Flag major constraints – labor, equipment availability, supply chain disruption
- Assess contingency and float risk, and recommend optimization or acceleration options
Integrated Master Schedule Management and Hand-over
- Establish an IMS Management Plan outlining the process of updating, analyzing and reporting on IMS
- Manage the IMS as per established Schedule Management Plan
- Train Client’s internal scheduler on schedule development and updating processes
Deliverables
- A1:Integrated Master Schedule – comprehensive baseline schedule that aligns critical milestones from Client, Design-Builder, and other 3rd party stakeholders (MS Project) to be used by Client’s internal scheduler to manage overall project milestones.
- A2: Basis of Schedule – comprehensive report that explains the rationale, logic, assumptions, and constraints driving the IMS, including risks and critical activity dependencies.
- A3: Schedule Management Plan – detailed process flow for collecting schedule data, updating the schedule, and distributing critical information to key project stakeholders.
Required Qualifications (Experience, Education, Certifications, Clearances, etc.):
- U.S. citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense regulations
- 8+ years of related scheduling experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred
- Manufacturing plant construction or large campus style project is preferred
