Chesterfield - Student Analyst II

Overview

Caravel Autism Health is committed to being the leader in ABA treatment for children on the autism spectrum. We are growing and looking for passionate, motivated individuals who want meaningful clinical experience while working toward BCBA or BCaBA certification. If you are currently enrolled in a BACB-approved program and seeking high-quality supervised fieldwork experience, the Student Analyst role offers hands-on clinical training, mentorship, and a clear development path through our BCBA Rise program.

Essential Functions
  • Provide highquality direct ABA therapy across clinic, home, school, and community environments
  • Implement behavior support plans (BSPs) and skill acquisition programs developed by the supervising BCBA
  • Utilize evidencebased ABA strategies, including DTT, NET, task analysis, prompting, and reinforcement strategies
  • Collect accurate, timely, and reliable data during therapy sessions
  • Review and monitor weekly treatment hours to ensure therapy expectations and compliance requirements are met, including maintaining delivery of at least 85% of authorized services
  • Maintain client dignity, confidentiality, and safety at all times
  • Contribute to clientspecific treatment plans based on assessments and developmental guidelines under BCBA supervision
  • Collaborate with technicians, supervisory teammates, and caregivers to support effective and efficient service delivery
  • Develop programs, advance targets, prepare materials, and implement procedural adjustments as directed
  • Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Support assessments and probe new targets to inform future treatment goals
  • Analyze behavioral data and assist with datadriven clinical recommendations
Requirements Education
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Active enrollment in a BCBA or BCaBA program and working toward BACB certification
Experience
  • Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or obtain RBT certification within 75 days of hire (45 days on model)
  • Experience working with children and/or adolescents using ABA therapies
  • Solid understanding of autism spectrum disorders and behavioral principles
  • Experience applying behavioranalytic strategies to modify behavior
