  • Shop Hours: M-F: 7AM-6PM EST

Lead a High-Performing Automotive Shop

We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Service Manager / Shop Manager to lead the daily operations of a professional automotive repair facility. If you're a leader who enjoys building teams, driving performance, and delivering excellent customer service, we’d love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

As the Operating Partner, you will lead the overall success of the shop. Great leaders in this role believe no task is too small when it comes to supporting the team and serving customers.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the shop team
  • Manage daily shop operations and workflow
  • Maintain company standards, systems, and values
  • Sell repair and maintenance services using transparent communication
  • Monitor technician productivity and shop efficiency
  • Conduct hiring, onboarding, and training of team members
  • Perform employee coaching and performance reviews
  • Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and warranty administration
  • Monitor financial performance and shop profitability
  • Handle customer concerns and service recovery
  • Ensure shop safety and operational standards

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years automotive shop management experience
  • 1+ year sales experience or strong service sales ability
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Experience managing technicians and service advisors
  • Ability to manage workflow, productivity, and shop performance
  • Comfortable reviewing financial reports and shop KPIs
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
