Key Responsibilities:
*Perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, and general/restorative dentistry
*Ensure patient comfort, safety, and high-quality clinical outcomes
*Collaborate with the clinical team on treatment planning and complex cases
*Supervise and support assigned dental assistants
*Maintain accurate clinical documentation and equipment standards
*Participate in practice meetings, growth initiatives, and patient acquisition efforts

Requirements:
*DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
*Active Missouri dental license and malpractice coverage
*Strong communication skills and patient-focused approach
