This position can be located at either our Panama City Clinic or Gulf Coast State College Clinic.

Your responsibilities include the following:

  • Coordinate referrals to specialty services and community resources as needed
  • Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies
  • Participate in outreach initiatives, community education, and mental health awareness programs
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and integrated behavioral health efforts

Required Qualifications:

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) focus
  • Active, unrestricted Florida PMHNP license
  • National PMHNP certification (ANCC) required
  • Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills
  • At least 1 year experience in psychiatric or behavioral health care

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in psychiatric or behavioral health care
  • Experience in community-based, integrated care, or FQHC settings
