This role is an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end software development initiatives in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment. You will oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment across timelines, dependencies, and deliverables from initiation through delivery. Acting as a key liaison between clients, internal stakeholders, UX, and development teams, you will help translate business requirements into clear execution plans. The position requires strong coordination and communication skills to manage complex workflows, resolve blockers, and maintain project momentum. You will operate in an Agile-driven environment, balancing structure with adaptability across evolving priorities. This is a highly collaborative role where clear communication, ownership, and delivery discipline are essential to success.

• Manage end-to-end project delivery from sales handover through execution and final delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, responsibilities, and stakeholder expectations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain project roadmaps, release plans, timelines, and dependency tracking across multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate and lead internal and external meetings with UX, development, and client stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables remain on schedule, within scope, and within budget constraints.
• Communicate project status updates clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership and clients.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating issues appropriately to PMO leadership when required.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in ambiguous environments with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in software development environments.
• Strong background in Banking, Finance, or Fintech industries.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum ceremonies and hybrid methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage project roadmaps, schedules, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both executive and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with globally distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Suite.
• Scrum Master experience or willingness to obtain certification upon hire is preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Adaptable mindset with a proactive, positive, and continuous learning attitude.
