CNC Production Operator in Newton, New Hampshire at STREAMLINE GLASS

Streamline Glass is seeking a CNC-focused Production Operator to help drive our brand new, state-of-the-art glass manufacturing operation. This position is primarily responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery used in the cutting, shaping, and finishing of glass products. This role ensures high-quality output, adherence to production schedules, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines used to customize sheets of glass
• Adjusting tooling and machine settings to maintain tolerances and specifications
• Inspecting finished products using measuring tools (calipers, gauges, templates)
• Identifying defects such as chips, cracks, or dimensional inaccuracies
• Troubleshooting and performing minor maintenance to keep systems running smoothly
• Applying Diamon-Fusion® coating to class products

• Prior CNC experience or a keen technical mind with an interest in CNC machinery
• Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials
• Experience with safety protocols, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly within dynamic, team-oriented environments
• Prior experience in the glass industry is a plus but not required
