• Design realistic retail trade and store operations scenarios in English or Telugu based on Indian retail environments, including customer service, inventory, pharmacy workflows, and sales operations
• Develop structured evaluation rubrics to assess problem-solving, decision-making, and compliance in retail contexts
• Review AI-generated and human-generated outputs for accuracy, operational realism, customer service quality, and policy adherence
• Contribute to the creation of “gold standard” responses reflecting best practices in retail, pharmacy, and commercial operations
• Ensure cultural and operational relevance of scenarios within Indian retail ecosystems

This role requires strong hands-on experience in retail, store operations, or related commercial functions, combined with the ability to evaluate operational scenarios with precision and clarity. Candidates should bring both domain expertise and strong analytical judgment.

• Native-level proficiency in Telugu with strong professional English communication skills
• 5+ years of experience in retail, store operations, pharmacy operations, commercial management, or related fields
• Background in roles such as store manager, retail supervisor, pharmacy operations, loss prevention, or multi-branch retail coordination
• Strong understanding of retail workflows, inventory systems, customer service processes, and compliance standards in Indian retail environments
• Ability to assess accuracy, operational feasibility, and real-world applicability of retail scenarios and responses
