This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Media Buyer for a Marketing Company based in Brazil.
This role is focused on planning, executing, and scaling performance-driven advertising campaigns for local, service-based businesses across multiple markets. You will be responsible for driving qualified leads, bookings, and in-person visits through paid media channels where conversions often happen offline or through multi-touch journeys. The position requires a strong strategic mindset to build and optimize full-funnel acquisition systems tailored to real-world customer behavior. You will work across multiple ad platforms and continuously test audiences, creatives, and offers to improve campaign performance. The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and highly experimental, requiring both analytical thinking and creative problem-solving. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align messaging, positioning, and growth strategies. This is a high-impact role where your decisions directly influence revenue and business growth across multiple service brands.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok/Spark Ads.
- Develop tailored acquisition strategies for local service-based businesses, focusing on lead generation, bookings, and in-store conversions.
- Build and manage tracking systems for offline and hybrid customer journeys, including CRM and attribution setups.
- Define, monitor, and optimize performance KPIs such as CPL, CAC, booking rates, and customer lifetime value proxies.
- Conduct audience research, geo-targeting, and local market segmentation to improve campaign precision.
- Continuously test and iterate on creatives, landing pages, and offers to maximize conversion performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, positioning, and campaign strategy.
- Participate in regular sync meetings and maintain structured async communication with stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a media buyer or performance marketer for local service-based businesses (e.g., med spas, dental clinics, chiropractors, appointment-based services).
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to scale paid advertising campaigns profitably.
- Experience working with CRM systems and email marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of local lead generation funnels and offline conversion journeys.
- Experience implementing tracking solutions for low-visibility environments (call tracking, CRM integration, offline conversions).
- Strategic mindset with the ability to build acquisition frameworks from scratch.
- Ability to define success metrics in ambiguous or evolving environments.
- Strong analytical, testing, and optimization skills.
