This role sits at the core of a fast-growing, performance-driven digital marketing environment focused on scaling e-commerce brands across international markets. You will be responsible for managing paid social acquisition campaigns that directly impact customer growth, revenue, and return on ad spend. Working within a data-first and highly experimental setup, you will continuously test, optimize, and refine campaigns to improve performance outcomes. The position requires a strong balance of analytical thinking, creative collaboration, and hands-on execution. You will work closely with marketing and creative teams to align messaging, visuals, and targeting strategies. - Plan, execute, and optimize paid social and PPC campaigns across platforms such as Meta and other digital advertising channels, ensuring alignment with performance goals and growth targets.
- Monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis, analyzing key metrics and delivering actionable insights to improve ROI and conversion rates.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of spend and maximum return on investment across campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and campaign concepts that drive engagement and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation across audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid social and performance marketing.
- Support a fast-paced, data-driven testing culture focused on scaling profitable customer acquisition.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing PPC or paid social campaigns, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
- Strong proficiency in digital advertising platforms, particularly Meta Ads Manager and similar social media advertising tools.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into optimization strategies.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, including ROAS, CPA, and funnel optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability for campaign outcomes.
