Senior Specialist, Strategic Operations

This role sits at the intersection of strategic execution, industry engagement, and product adoption within a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. You will be responsible for driving outreach and relationship-building with key real estate stakeholders, helping expand content acquisition, retention, and adoption of digital products and services. The position blends field engagement, presentations, training, and cross-functional coordination to ensure strong alignment across internal teams and external partners. You will act as a key ambassador for strategic initiatives, representing the organization at events, webinars, and industry meetings. This is a highly dynamic role requiring strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Your work will directly influence partner engagement, product adoption, and overall business growth across multiple markets.

Accountabilities

You will lead outreach and engagement efforts with brokers, MLSs, agents, and industry partners to strengthen relationships, drive adoption of products, and support listing acquisition goals. You will deliver presentations, facilitate training sessions, and ensure partners are successfully onboarded and supported. In addition, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to align strategy, resolve challenges, and improve overall execution of industry initiatives.

  • Conduct in-market and virtual outreach to brokers, agents, MLSs, and associations to drive adoption, retention, and content acquisition
  • Support listing acquisition efforts by engaging directly with industry partners and stakeholders
  • Deliver webinars, presentations, and training sessions to promote products and support onboarding
  • Participate in conferences, meetings, and industry events as a representative of strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Broker, MLS, and Industry Affairs groups
  • Present regional metrics and insights to internal stakeholders and leadership
  • Support issue resolution by coordinating with peers and identifying practical solutions
Requirements

This role requires strong communication and presentation capabilities, along with a solid understanding of the real estate or adjacent industry. You should be highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. The ability to influence stakeholders and translate complex value propositions into clear messaging is essential.

  • 1+ year of experience in training, enablement, outreach, or client-facing roles
  • Understanding of the real estate industry; real estate license is a plus
  • Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills (virtual and in-person)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and execution discipline
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity while driving clarity and structure
  • Proficiency with business tools such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, Tableau, Zendesk, or Asana
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for in-market engagement
