This role is a high-impact, customer-facing sales position focused on driving revenue retention and renewal growth within a defined territory in the cybersecurity sector.
You will be responsible for managing the full renewal lifecycle, ensuring customers continue to realize value from their solutions while identifying opportunities for expansion and long-term partnership growth.
The position requires strong commercial acumen, relationship management skills, and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
You will collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and channel partners to mitigate renewal risks and secure successful contract outcomes.
A strong emphasis is placed on forecasting accuracy, pipeline discipline, and structured account planning.

- Own and manage the end-to-end renewal lifecycle within a defined territory, ensuring timely execution and achievement of renewal ACV, retention, and billing targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to support successful renewal negotiations and long-term customer retention.
- Identify renewal risks early and collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to develop and execute mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline updates in Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring visibility and reliability of renewal performance data.
- Execute structured customer engagement plans and account strategies to maximize retention and expansion opportunities.
- Support revenue recognition processes by coordinating documentation and aligning with internal stakeholders and partners.
- Partner with new business sales teams to ensure seamless alignment between renewal and expansion opportunities.
- Consistently follow established sales methodologies, reporting standards, and renewal processes to ensure operational excellence.
- 3+ years of experience in renewal account management, sales, or customer-facing roles within cybersecurity or enterprise technology environments.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales or retention targets in complex, quota-driven environments.
- Strong experience working with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM tools for pipeline and forecasting management.
- Solid understanding of enterprise renewal cycles, procurement processes, and stakeholder decision-making dynamics.
- Strong negotiation, objection handling, and value-based selling skills with senior-level stakeholders.
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor, building long-term relationships with enterprise customers.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to clearly articulate cybersecurity solutions and value propositions.
- Experience working with channel partners and cross-functional teams in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
