About the opportunity
The New Center Business Consultant is a high-impact role responsible for guiding new franchisees through the critical phases of pre-opening and initial operations. You will serve as a strategic advisor, ensuring brand compliance and providing the coaching necessary to accelerate profitability and sales growth.
How you will make a difference
- Franchisee Onboarding: Establish long-term support relationships, guiding franchisees through pre-training activities, business plan development, and financial forecasting.
- Operations & Software Coaching: Train franchisees on center management software, product production (signs/graphics), and brand standards.
- Sales & Profitability: Conduct weekly accountability calls focused on sales planning, expense management, and cash flow analysis to reduce time to break-even.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze monthly financial statements and identify "at-risk" centers within the first 120 days to implement turnaround strategies.
- Field Support: Conduct on-site startup and follow-up visits to refine staff sales skills and ensure operational excellence.
- Training & Collaboration: Teach training classes, contribute to company newsletters, and collaborate with Marketing and Sales Development teams to hit organizational goals.
- A strong candidate will have
- Experience: Previous experience in franchise support, training, or management; background in sign, print, or visual communications is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite) and social media platforms (LinkedIn/Facebook).
- Business Acumen: Strong ability to interpret financial statements, manage budgets, and think strategically.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with a proactive, customer-service-oriented approach.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 75% (domestic and international).
- Credentials: Valid driver’s license and a U.S. Passport.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Settings: Shifts between a professional/home office and a light production environment (involving printers and laminators).
- Physical: Requires the ability to stand, walk, and handle materials frequently during center visits.
- Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday) with occasional evenings or weekends as required.
