• Safely operate heavy equipment including:
  • Front-end loaders
  • Dozers
  • Haul trucks
  • Excavators
• Perform routine inspections and basic equipment maintenance
• Work closely with teammates, customers, and supervisors in a professional and respectful way
• Stay alert to safety, efficiency, and changing jobsite conditions
• Help solve problems and keep production moving
• Support additional operational duties as needed

You’re dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

• Experience operating heavy equipment
• Knowledge of equipment operation and basic maintenance
• Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed
• Mining or aggregate industry experience preferred
• A team-player attitude with strong work ethic

This is a hands-on role performed both outdoors and indoors. You’ll work in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, wind, and dust while operating heavy equipment and supporting plant operations.

This position requires walking, sitting, bending, stooping, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
