As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running safely and efficiently while operating some seriously impressive machinery. Every day brings something different, and your skills will help keep production moving and projects on track.
You’ll Be In the Driver’s Seat Operating:- Front End Loaders
- Dozers
- Haul Trucks
- Excavators
- Other Heavy Equipment & Machinery
- Safely operating heavy equipment in a fast-paced production environment
- Performing daily inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Helping keep equipment and operations running smoothly
- Working closely with teammates, supervisors, and customers
- Staying alert to safety, efficiency, and production needs
- Thinking on your feet and helping solve challenges as they arise
- Pitching in wherever needed to support the team
You’re someone who:
- Loves working outdoors and staying active
- Enjoys operating heavy machinery
- Takes safety seriously
- Works hard and stays dependable
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Can think creatively and solve problems on the fly
- Works well independently and with a team
- Experience operating heavy equipment preferred
- Mining or quarry experience is a plus
- 1–2 years of preventative maintenance or lube repair experience desired
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance
- Ability to understand and follow safety procedures
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
