Facility Maintenance Associate in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania at CentiMark Corporation

CentiMark Corporation is seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Associate at our Corporate Headquarters in Canonsburg, PA. This role will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for HVAC, plumbing, and other facility support vendors such as snow removal and waste/recycling services.

This position is paying $23/hr - $26/hr, based on experience. We are hoping to hire this person by June 15th.

The standard hours are M-F, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional seasonal overtime required during the winter months to assist with clearing entryway sidewalks.

Job Summary:

• General facility upkeep
• Managing shipping and receiving tasks
• Coordinating scheduled maintenance for mechanical systems with our service providers
• Manage all incoming and outgoing parcels via UPS and FedEx

Candidate Requirements:

• Functional knowledge of light plumbing and electrical work, such as replacing faucets, traps, outlets, and ballasts
• Due to the level of verbal coordination with vendors involved, strong communication skills are essential for this position
• Current and valid Driver’s License
• Experience with parcel shipping platforms is preferred, though training is available
