This role sits at the heart of enterprise supplier strategy, ensuring external partnerships deliver measurable value, quality, and efficiency.
You will act as a key driver in optimizing vendor relationships across multiple business units and service categories.
The position combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution in vendor performance management and continuous improvement.
You will work in a collaborative, data-driven environment focused on cost optimization, risk reduction, and operational excellence.
A strong emphasis is placed on relationship building, negotiation, and governance of supplier agreements and KPIs.
This is a high-impact role where your expertise will directly influence service quality and organizational performance.
- Lead the full lifecycle of vendor management, including selection, onboarding, integration, and offboarding processes.
- Develop and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to assess supplier quality, compliance, and contractual adherence.
- Analyze vendor performance data to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement optimization initiatives.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for vendor-related issues, disputes, and performance concerns.
- Strengthen supplier relationships through regular reviews, governance routines, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Enhance vendor management frameworks, tools, and processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and scalability.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align vendor strategy with business needs and operational priorities.
- Proven experience in vendor management, supplier performance evaluation, or procurement-related roles.
- Strong background in data analysis, cost optimization, and process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to manage complex supplier relationships and lead negotiations effectively.
- Solid understanding of contract management, compliance standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a cross-functional environment.
- Experience in identifying and implementing automation tools or process enhancements is an asset.
- Bilingual proficiency (French/English) is considered an advantage in a Canadian context.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $73,500 to $116,850 based on experience and skills.
