  • Maintain disciplined pipeline tracking, forecasting, and operational hygiene to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Act as a market-facing representative, staying informed on local real estate trends and reinforcing platform value within the territory.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in account management, B2B client success, sales enablement, or consulting roles, ideally within real estate, proptech, or performance-driven environments.
  • Strong ability to interpret data, including funnel performance, conversion metrics, and business KPIs, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving behavior change through consultative, insight-led engagement.
  • Experience guiding clients or partners through adoption of new tools, systems, or operating models with strong change management skills.
  • Ability to structure complex problems into clear frameworks and present concise, data-backed recommendations.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience coordinating across internal teams and managing multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • High proficiency with CRM and analytics tools such as Salesforce and Tableau, with disciplined operational execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and build trust with executive-level partners.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $112,700 – $189,400 USD, depending on location and experience
  • Eligibility for equity awards based on performance, experience, and location
  • Fully remote work across the United States with flexible location arrangements
  • Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, dental, and vision coverage
  • Flexible time off and paid company holidays
  • Equity participation in a high-growth, publicly traded company
  • Home office and remote work support depending on employment setup
