HTI is recruiting Industrial Maintenance Technicians for a growing manufacturing facility in Germantown, Wisconsin. High School Diploma or GED
Journeyman Card or 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience, or equivalent military experience
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
Experience working with hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, valves, conveyors, and production equipment
Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
Understanding of industrial safety practices and Lockout/Tagout procedures
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Basic electrical troubleshooting experience preferred
Exposure to PLC-controlled equipment and automation systems is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain highly automated manufacturing and packaging equipment
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical equipment issues
Maintain conveyors, pumps, valves, fillers, packaging equipment, and related production systems
Utilize maintenance software systems to document work performed and track equipment history
Support equipment reliability initiatives to reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to achieve operational goals
Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing standards
Contribute to a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
This position operates on a 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 Alternative Work Schedule (AWS) working either 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM. Employees work 2 days on, 2 days off, then 3 days on, followed by 2 days off, 2 days on, then 3 days off, creating a predictable schedule with every other weekend off and multiple long weekends throughout the year.
