Senior Maintenance Technician

Richfield, WI | Full-Time | 1st Shift (5:45 AM – 2:15 PM) | $38.00–$50.00/hour

We're looking for an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician who enjoys diagnosing complex equipment issues, performing preventive maintenance, and helping improve the reliability of a modern manufacturing operation.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our manufacturing operation running at peak performance by:

  • Performing preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance on CNC machines and manufacturing equipment
  • Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
  • Diagnosing equipment issues and implementing lasting repairs
  • Calibrating machinery to maintain precision and production quality
  • Maintaining facility equipment including HVAC systems, cranes, forklifts, lighting, air compressors, and other building systems
  • Supporting continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability and efficiency
  • Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation
  • Mentoring less experienced maintenance technicians and sharing technical knowledge
  • Working closely with Production and Engineering to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance
  • Promoting a safe work environment while following all company safety procedures
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Five or more years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
  • Experience maintaining CNC machine tools
  • Working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings
  • Experience using precision measuring tools and common maintenance equipment
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related field
  • Apprenticeship or formal maintenance training
  • Ten or more years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Welding and fabrication experience
  • PLC troubleshooting experience
  • Forklift and aerial lift experience
